Dealing with Lawyers

Wow. It seems that some regular people figured out how to actually communicate with a wanna-be gold digger. From the New Yorker article of March 4 in an article about the shootings at Newtown:

When a lawsuit against the state was initiated on behalf of a six-year-old who has been traumatized by the sounds of the bullets and screaming—the school's intercom was on during the shooting—the lawyer received so many death threats that he retracted the petition.

Do you think that the same thing might work with Congress?
