My friend André, living in Spain, where people are in roughly the same situation as in the US, has helpful suggestions for dealing with the crisis. The first is for people who have missed the early panic-buying phase and now find themselves without toilet paper, and the second is for the people who bought all the available toilet paper, but find themselves now missing kitchen paper / paper towels.
