I'm a big fan of maps, and one of my favorites is the great, colorful, temperature map of the US (or any region of the world) from Weather Underground. Take a look at it here if you haven't seen it before.
Something inspired me to look up "weather maps" today, and I came across a new one. Holy temperatures for all day, Batman! The new map's claim to fame is that it shows you a two or three day window of weather/temps for a given location, along with a radar map / physical map from Google Maps, plus wind direction and all kinds of other stuff. It's great. Take a look here, at Weatherspark.com.
The example shows Portland, but you can type in location in a box near top center.
Very cool!
