Joaquin "El Chapo"Guzman Loera is the head of the Mexican Sinaloa drug cartel and is, according to Forbes, the 471st richest person in the world with a fortune of approximately $1 billion. He is a really bad guy, is responsible for many of the atrocities we've read about in the Mexican drug wars, and reportedly is wanted dead or alive by the FBI / DEA with a reward of $5 million.
