Wouldn't it be great if we could make a binding and enforceable deal with Iran and Israel:

You rein in your religious zealots and nutcases, we'll do the same for ours?

All three countries would be at serious risk of their governments collapsing, of course. Here in the States, for example, the Republican Party would lose a major bloc of supporters if the religious nutcases were excluded, and in Iran the percentage loss would be the same or greater. Israel could probably handle the transition fairly well, though not without trauma.
